BMO

BMO is a software program developed by BizCloud. BMO is also known as Business Management Online. BMO offers fast, direct support from software engineers,fully automated, reliable and secure business inventory management system. This is specially developed for small to medium size companies, regardless the type of company.

Client’s rights to both privacy and security are of utmost importance to us. Below are the guidelines we follow to protect your personal information. Please read the following statements carefully before proceeding.

In order to provide services to our clients, we, BMO, will collect, store, and use your personal information for specific purposes only. THE INFORMATION BMO COLLECTS ABOUT YOU

BMO only collects personal information that is necessary from our clients. Providing efficient and complete information enables us to process your requests and provide the services you need. This also helps us enhance your site visit, respond to requests for information, support our client relationship, and assist you with technical support issues and follow-ups.

CLIENT’S RIGHTS

Upon request and within 30 days, we will inform you about the type of personal information we hold about you, the purposes and reasons for which we hold it, and the possible recipients or types of recipients. Upon written request and within a reasonable period, we will also correct, delete, and/or block personal information from further processing if that information proves to be factually inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant to the purpose(s) of the process.

ONLINE THREATS

The information is used for some online applications, but every request to access and/or change those copies is both logged and reviewed by our BMO staff. Our software applications are designed to be secure against common vulnerabilities like SQL injection. Access to personal information (e.g., information about individuals) requires at least a user ID and a password. It is not technologically possible to absolutely guarantee the security of data stored in a computer.
